How to access the Project Insights Dashboard as a Basic User:
Click on the three dotted button at the top of the Plan List.
Select Show insights from the drop down menu.
To toggle between the Project Insights Dashboard and Quantity Tracking Dashboard, click on the arrow at the top of the Project Dashboard Insights page.
