Set a default crew size for your project to automatically populate the crew size when creating new task tickets.
Set the Project Default Crew Size
From your plan, select Settings on the left side.
Then go to Advanced Settings.
Select Configure Default Crew Size.
Enter the desired Default Crew Size.
Select Save.
Why Set a Default Crew Size?
Setting a default crew size can help save time when creating tickets and provide a consistent starting point for planning labor across your project. You can still adjust the crew size on individual tickets as needed.
Note: Changing the default crew size only applies to new tickets. It does not change the crew size of existing tickets.
