The Milestone PPC captures the milestone metrics in projects for milestone completion and variance reasons. This Dashboard will display a collection of data specific to the PPC and Variance Reasons for pinned milestone tickets (diamond tickets) across the project portfolio for the past 6 weeks. The Milestone PPC is not included in the PPC metrics and accounts for 20% of the Performance Index.
Overdue Promised Milestone is the number of milestone tickets that have been pinned in the past 6 weeks but have not been updated as completed and still have a black pin. Click on the Overdue Promised Milestone number in the tile to see a list of all the tickets or scroll down to the Overdue Promised Milestone tile at the bottom of the Dashboard.
The Milestone PPC table shows metrics including PPC, Total Promises and Overdue for all milestone tickets in projects across an account.
Top Variances is a metric that shows the most used variances reasons for pinned milestone tickets updated as completed early, late or not updated at all.
PPC by Week is a metric that shows the pinned milestone tickets completion rate. The green line shows the number of pinned milestone tickets that week and the blue bar represents the PPC for that week.
PPC by Role shows a select number of roles across the account and how many pinned milestone tickets they marked as completed on time. The green line shows the number of pinned milestone tickets a specific role over the past 6 weeks and the blue bar represents the PPC for a specific role over the past 6 weeks. (how do the roles displayed get picked)
Variance by Week is a metric that shows the variance reasons for pinned milestone tickets marked as completed early, late or not updated for the past 6 weeks.
Variance by Role is a metric that shows the variance reasons for pinned milestone tickets marked as completed early, late or not updated by role over the last 6 weeks.
Variance Report is a detailed tile that shows the variance reasons, planned v actual start/finish dates and more for pinned milestone tickets that have not been updated as completed on time.
