Tourmie connects with the Hotelizer software to help you manage, serve, and interact with your guests more efficiently.
Connecting your Hotelizer account to Tourmie
To connect your Hotelizer account to Tourmie, contact the Hotelizer team and request the following details:
Hotelizer account username
Hotelizer account password
After receiving the required details:
Log into your Tourmie account.
From the menu, click on Integrations.
Find Hotelizer and click Connect.
Enter the Hotelizer username and password you received from Hotelizer and click Create Connection.
Mapping Hotelizer and Tourmie listings
To link your listings in Hotelizer with your listings in Tourmie:
Go to the Integrations tab, find the active connection with Hotelizer, and click Manage.
From the Properties tab, click the + icon.
Select your Hotelizer listings and map them to your Tourmie listings.
Finally, click Update.
Once you complete connecting your Hotelizer account to Tourmie, all your new bookings will be automatically updated in the Bookings tab.
📌 Important note: For Hotelizer, all new or updated bookings are sent every 10 minutes.
Updating data in Hotelizer from the Tourmie online check-in form
Tourmie allows updating guest information in Hotelizer from the Tourmie check-in form. After completing the integration, you can select the fields you want to update in Hotelizer:
Go to the Settings tab.
Select Update data in Hotelizer from the Tourmie online check-in form.
Select the fields you want to update:
Guest email address
Guest address
Guest nationality
Guest date of birth
Guest gender
Guest country
Guest identification document number
Guest phone number
Finally, click Update.
📌 Important note: Tourmie updates only data related exclusively to the guest's personal details.
