Tourmie connects with Avantio's software to help you manage, serve, and interact with your guests more efficiently.
Connect your Avantio account in Tourmie
To connect your Avantio account to Tourmie, contact the Avantio team and request the following information:
API key
Once you have received the required information:
Go to your Tourmie account.
From the menu, click Integrations.
Find Avantio and click Connect.
Enter the API key you received from Avantio and click Create connection.
Associate your Avantio and Tourmie listings
To associate your Avantio listings with your Tourmie ones:
From the Properties tab, click the add icon.
Select your Avantio listings and map them with your corresponding listings on Tourmie.
Finally, click Update.
Once you’ve connected your Avantio account to Tourmie and linked your listings, all new bookings will automatically be imported into Tourmie on the Bookings page.
📌 Note: Bookings from Avantio are updated every 10 minutes in Tourmie.
Updating data in Avantio from Tourmie's online check-in form
Tourmie allows updating guest information in Avantio from Tourmie's online check-in form. After completing the integration:
Go to the Settings tab.
Click Update data in Avantio from Tourmie's online check-in form.
Finally, click Update.
