Connect your Tourmie account with Stripe to automatically receive your earnings. Tourmie partners with Stripe for secure payments.
To connect your Stripe account to Tourmie or create a new one:
Go to Settings > Payments
From the Stripe account tab, click on the Connect with Stripe button.
Step 1: Enter your email address
In the email address field, type the email address you want to use for your Stripe account.
Step 2: Set up two-step authenticator
Stripe supports three primary methods of two-step authentication:
Text messaging (SMS) authentication
Mobile apps authentication like Google Authenticator
Hardware security keys
Stripe also supports using Windows Hello or Touch ID for two-step authentication once one of the above authentication methods are in place.
Set up at least two primary methods to prevent being locked out of your account if you lose access to one.
Step 3: Complete your business profile to activate your account.
Select the account you’d like to connect to Tourmie.
Choose your location and business type to get started.
Verify your personal details.
Add your business details and write how you earn money with Tourmie.
Add an account for payouts. Earnings that you receive will be sent to this account.
Add public details for customers.This information may be visible in payment statements, invoices and receipts.
Check your registration information. This step reminds you to review the information you submitted in the previous steps, and highlights required fields that may not have been completed.
After connecting your Stripe account, you can view your connected account details within the Tourmie app.
Go Settings > Payments.
To make any changes to your Stripe account information, you’ll need to visit the Stripe platform directly.
