Connect your Beds24 account to Tourmie

Tourmie seamlessly integrates with Beds24, helping you manage your property listings and enhance the guest experience.


How to connect your Beds24 account with Tourmie

Step 1: Generate your Invitation Code in Beds24

To start the integration process, you’ll need to generate an Invitation Code from your Beds24 account:

  • Log into your Beds24 account.

  • Navigate to Marketplace > API

  • From the Invite code section, click Generate invite code.

  • In the pop-up window, select ALL for all three columns (READ, WRITE, DELETE) and click Generate invite code.

  • Then, copy the generated invite code.

Notes:

1) Each code generated in Beds24 corresponds to one Tourmie account.
2) Each Beds24 code is valid for 24 hours. If it is not added to Tourmie on the same day it is generated, a new code will need to be created.

Step 2: Enter the Invitation Code into Tourmie

Next, log into your Tourmie account to proceed with the integration.

  • From the menu, click Integrations.

  • Find Beds24 and click Connect.

  • Enter your Beds24 invitation code and click Create connection.

After connecting your Beds24 account to Tourmie, click Manage to associate your listings.


Associate your Beds24 & Tourmie listings

To associate your Beds24 listings with your Tourmie ones:

  • From the Properties tab, click the add icon.

  • Select your Beds24 listings and map them with your corresponding listings on Tourmie.

  • Click Update.

After connecting your Beds24 account to Tourmie and associating your listings, all your new bookings will start being imported to Tourmie on the Bookings page.

📌 Note: For Beds24, all new or updated bookings are synchronized every 10 minutes.

⚠️ Important: If you notice any delays during this process, please contact us via email or through our in-app communication channel.


Using Tourmie’s Guest Guide & Online Check-in in Beds24 Automated Messages

Once you’ve connected your Tourmie account with Beds24, you can automatically send your guests:

  • The Online Check-in Form, for a smooth and fast check-in process.

This is done via Beds24 Auto Actions.

Step 1: Copy the correct links

➤ If you’re using Tourmie’s default domain (guests.tourmie.com):

• Guest Guide URL:

https://guests.tourmie.com/b24gg/{tourmieAccountID}/[BOOKID]

• Online Check-in URL:

https://guests.tourmie.com/b24oc/{tourmieAccountID}/[BOOKID]

➤ If you have connected your own custom domain or subdomain in Tourmie (e.g. guests.yourdomain.com):

• Guest Guide URL:

https://guests.yourdomain.com/b24gg/{tourmieAccountID}/[BOOKID]

• Online Check-in URL:

https://guests.yourdomain.com/b24oc/{tourmieAccountID}/[BOOKID]

Replace "yourdomain" with your property’s domain. Example:

📌 Important Note: You should replace the variable {tourmieAccountID} with your Account ID in Tourmie. You can find your ID here.

⚠️ You need to connect your domain to Tourmie before using a custom link.

Step 2: Add the links to Beds24

  1. Log in to your Beds24 account.

  2. Go to Guest Messaging.

  3. Select Auto Actions.

  4. Create a new message or edit an existing one.

  5. Insert the appropriate link (Guest Guide or Online Check-in), making sure [BOOKID] is included.

  6. Save the message.

Message examples

1. For the Guest Guide

• Subject: Your Personal Guest Guide is Ready ✨

• Message:

Hi {guestFirstName},
Your personal guest guide is ready!

You'll find everything you need for your stay – check-in instructions, Wi-Fi, local tips, and more.

We hope you enjoy your stay and make the most of your time here! 😊

2. For the Online Check-in

• Subject: Complete Your Online Check-in 📝

• Message:

Hi {guestFirstName},
To make your arrival smoother, please take a moment to complete your online check-in before your stay.

It only takes a minute and helps us prepare everything for your arrival!

Updating data in Beds24 from the Tourmie online check-in form

Tourmie allows updating guest information in Beds24 from the Tourmie online check-in form. After completing the integration, you can select the fields you want to map with Tourmie and update in Beds24:

  • Select Update data in Beds24 from Tourmie online check-in form.

  • Select the fields you want to map:

  1. Guest's first name

  2. Guest's last name

  3. Guest's email

  4. Guest's phone

  5. Guest's mobile number

  6. Guest's fax

  7. Guest's Company (business name)

  8. Guest's address

  9. Guest's city

  10. Guest's country

  11. Guest's comments

  12. Check-in time (24-hour)

  13. Custom fields 1-10

  • Finally, click Update.
