Q: Our golf course information (yardage, Course Rating, Slope Rating, par, etc.) has recently changed and needs to be updated. How can I do this?
A: If the course was downloaded from the USGA Course Rating Directory (CRD) or Score Centre Course Database, you should import the course (and archive the old course in the process). For instructions, click on the appropriate link above.
If the course is contained in the WHS Course Database, you can refresh your course from WHS Database. For instructions, Click Here.
If the course is not contained in the USGA Course Rating Directory (CRD), Score Centre Database, or WHS Course Database follow the instructions below:
Go to the Customer Center > Customer Settings > Course Details. Edit your current course and add the previous year to the beginning of the Course Name (e.g., 2016 Hollands Golf Club). Save the change.
Edit the course again, but select "Create and Edit Copy" this time. Name the course without the year and make the course detail changes (e.g., Slope Rating, Course Rating, Handicap Holes).
Archive the original course.
The sequence below shows the process:

The newly created course can now be used for upcoming events and leagues. Do not use or edit the original course from this point on. Changing details from that course will affect the results from the previous season's events and leagues.
Keep in mind that there are some changes that you can make to your current course that will not cause this issue and change past results. For instance, changing the yardage on a hole or green depth. To make these changes, simply edit the current course and save the changes.
