Can I send automated emails to players that include their completed scorecard after a round?

This feature is available for the following products:

Q: After completing a round, I would like players to receive an automatic email that includes their finalized scorecard (along with other statistics). How can I do this?

A: This can be done by using Email Configuration.

  • For the case where you'd like the automated scorecard emails to be sent in all future events/leagues, go to Customer Center > Customer Settings > Email Configuration.

  • For cases where you'd like the automated scorecard emails to be sent only in a specific event/league, go to the event/league then Golfers > Email Configuration.

In the "Round Results" tab of the Email Configuration, enable the "When a golfer's scorecard is complete" email (as shown below).

To customize the automated scorecard email, click "Edit." A default email template will be generated for you on the left. However, you can customize the email if necessary. Many dynamic fields are available to be added to the email template (as shown below).

Once automated emails are enabled and scores are entered, players will automatically receive an email (as shown below).
