After importing your players, you'll add the courses and rounds.
Add Courses:
To score tournaments, hole-by-hole course data is needed for each course that is part of your trip. To add the courses to your trip, we suggest importing courses from GolfNow.
To import your golf courses from GolfNow, follow these instructions:
Go to Trip > Course Details > Import from USGA Course Rating Directory.
Search for the course.
Select the course.
Click “Import.”
Review the imported course details.
Click "Save."
Repeat these steps for all of your remaining courses.
Click Here for more details on importing a course from USGA Course Rating Directory.
In the unlikely case where a course is not in the USGA CRD, you can enter the course details manually. Click Here for instructions.
Add Rounds:
Populating the rounds into your trip is a quick and easy step that needs to be completed before creating pairings and tournaments. A round of golf is considered 18-holes or less.
To add rounds, follow these instructions:
Go to Calendar > Add Rounds.
Select the dates of all your rounds. If you are playing two rounds in one day, select the date twice.
Once all the rounds are selected, click “Save”.
The sequence below shows the process of adding five rounds to a trip.
After adding the rounds, you will see there are GGIDs assigned to every round (as shown below). Your players will need these GGIDs to log into the mobile app and enter scores during the trip.
If you'd like, you can change the Round GGIDs to something easier to remember. To do this, follow these instructions:
Go to Rounds > Round Profile
Change the Round GGID.
Click “Save”.
Repeat the steps above for all remaining rounds.
