Preparing Season Points for Upcoming Season

Q: I would like to prepare my Season Point standings for our upcoming season. How can I do this?

A: Follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Customer Center > Season Management > Season Points.

  2. If any of the point categories from previous seasons are not assigned to a season, edit the categories and assign them to the appropriate seasons.

  3. Archive any point categories that will not be used for the upcoming season.

  4. Select "Set New Season" (as shown below).

  5. Select the upcoming season and click "Save".

Your new season point categories will then be created while your season point categories from the previous season will be archived.

If your point allocation tables have also changed or need to be updated, you need to archive the table and create a new one for future use. (This needs to be done because changes made to the current tables will affect the season points from the previous seasons.) Follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the "Point Allocation Tables" tab.

  2. Select the dropdown for the allocation table that needs to be updated and click "Archive" (as shown below).

  3. Click "New Point Allocation Table" and create a new table to be used for the upcoming season.
