How can I resubscribe a player to our emails?

This feature is available for the following products:

Q: I have a player who unsubscribed from the emails I have been sending and would now like to resubscribe. How can I help them out?

A: If the player is contained in the Master Roster, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Customer Center > Master Roster > View Master Roster.

  2. Select the player.

  3. Select the option to resubscribe the player (as shown below) and save the changes.


The player will then receive a resubscribe email (which can be customized in the Email Configuration).

If the player is only contained in an event or league, go to the event/league roster instead and follow the instructions above.
