Q: We are allowing players without GHIN/WHS numbers to register to our master roster using Master Roster Registration. However, we also will be manually validating these players after they register. How can I validate them?
A: Follow these instructions:
Go to Master Roster > View Master Roster.
Filter the roster by members who are not verified (as shown below).
Select a member.
Verify the member and optionally send an automated email to the member confirming their validation (as shown below).
Click "Save."
The member will then be validated and can register for events.
