Updated over 4 months ago

This feature is only available with the following products:

When uploading a PDF to the portal, you have options depending on the number of pages:

  • 10 Pages or Less Using Image Page

  • More than 10 Pages Using Multiple Image Pages

  • A PDF of any length using a Custom HTML Page (*Requires Gmail Account)

In this article, we will guide you through both options.

Uploading a PDF of 10 Pages or Less:

To upload a PDF of 10 pages or less, follow these directions:

  1. Go to your portal.

  2. Select the section you wish to add the PDF and click "Add Page."

  3. Choose the Image Portal page.

  4. Click "Choose File."

  5. Select the PDF file from your computer and click "Open."

  6. To only make one portal page click the option "Leave multi-page PDFs as one long page." Alternatively, a portal page will be made for each PDF page. For example, if you have a 4-page PDF, four image portal pages will be created.

  7. Click "Save Page."

Uploading a PDF of 10 Pages or more (Using Multiple Image Page):

To upload a PDF of more than five pages using an Image Portal page, you will need to split your PDF into multiple files with no more than ten pages in each PDF. For example, if you have a PDF that is 14 pages, create two PDF files, one that contains pages 1-10 and a second PDF file that contains pages 11-14. Then you can upload the two PDF files using the direction in the previous section.
