Impound Reminders can be created to help you remember when to send paperwork, notify people or complete tasks for your impounds.

Impound Reminders can be created to help you remember when to send paperwork, notify people, or complete tasks for your impounds.

To create a reminder, please follow these simple steps.

  1. Go to "Settings" and select "Impounds".

  2. Select "Scheduling & Reminders".

  3. Go to the area for the type of reminder you need to add (i.e., Police, Private Property, etc.).

  4. Select "Add a new task/reminder".

  5. Enter the number of days, after which you need the reminder to appear (see below).

  6. Add a title for the reminder (see below).

  7. Choose where the reminder will appear (see below).

  8. Select what letter you want to generate when the reminder appears (see below).
