On a desktop or laptop computer, sign in to your Towbook account and navigate to the 'Settings'

The 'Dispatching' tab is the heart of Towbook and where you'll spend most of your time managing your day-to-day operations. From here, you can create and dispatch new calls, track driver statuses in real time, communicate with your team, and monitor every active job from start to finish.

The 'Map' tab gives you a real-time view of your entire operation using Towbook's deep integration with Google Maps. View active calls, driver locations, storage lots, and other key information all on a familiar, interactive map.

Here, you can take advantage of industry-leading mapping, satellite imagery, traffic data, and routing tools to make faster dispatching decisions and improve response times.

Whether you're assigning the closest truck or monitoring your fleet throughout the day, the Map tab helps keep your operation running efficiently.

The Impounds tab helps you manage every stage of the impound process from one centralized location. Track impounded vehicles, manage releases, record payments, and maintain complete documentation throughout the life of each impound.

Towbook also simplifies compliance by automatically generating state-required notification letters for many states.

If your state uses ADD123, Towbook integrates directly with the service to streamline the letter generation process, helping you save time while meeting state requirements.

The Accounts tab is where you manage your customers, motor clubs, insurance companies, municipalities, and other businesses you work with.
