Towbook has an integration with Allied Dispatch that allows you to receive your calls directly inside your Towbook system.

With Digital Dispatching, calls come directly into your dispatch screen. You can review the details for a call, enter an ETA and Accept the call. The call will be added to Towbook system within a few seconds if your ETA is accepted. If you miss the digital dispatch request, Towbook automatically requests a phone call from the Allied dispatcher so you won’t miss any calls.

To activate Allied Dispatch digital dispatch, please follow these steps.

  1. Go to "Accounts" in Towbook and select "Allied" Dispatch.

  2. Select "Modify Account".

  3. Enter your Contractor ID (at the bottom of the page – see below).

  4. Enter your Federal Tax ID (at the bottom of the page – see below).

If you have more than one location ID, and you calculate mileage differently for each location ID, you must create a separate Allied Dispatch Account in Towbook for each Allied Dispatch Provider ID. This allows you to add a “map from” address for each location ID.

It usually takes one to two business days to complete the activation process after you enter your Tax ID and Contractor ID.

Digital Dispatching is available in our Premium Plan, plus any plan above Premium.

Once you have finished these steps, please let us know so that we can complete your registration from our end.

Thank you,
Towbook Support Team
