There are a couple of things that can be done if the Track Titan logger isn't recording your sessions...
Current PC / Mac Logger version : v1.14.121
First log off, close the Track Titan Logger, then start again and sign in.
Check that you are on the latest version of the logger.
There is a manual login option available from Other Options | Manual Login please try this first.
Check that your anti-virus software nor your firewall are blocking Track Titan.
Check that there is no other telemetry software running that could conflict with Track Titan.
(if applicable) Ensure that both devices are on the same network - this is easier to control if both are wired or both WiFi, not one on each.
If using WiFi please make sure you have a good, strong signal.
Try turning off Broadcast mode (for F1 games) and entering the IP address of the location where the Track Titan logger is installed.
Remember you need to have a PC or Mac to install the Track Titan logger in order to record your sessions.
