There are a couple of things that can be done if the Track Titan Desktop Application isn't recording your sessions...
Current PC / Mac Desktop App version: v2.1.34
First log off, close the Track Titan Desktop Application, then start again and sign in.
Check that you are on the latest version of the Desktop Application.
There is a manual login option available from Other Options | Manual Login Please try this first.
Check that your anti-virus software or your firewall is not blocking Track Titan.
Check that there is no other telemetry software running that could conflict with Track Titan.
(if applicable) Ensure that both devices are on the same network - this is easier to control if both are wired or both are on WiFi, not one on each.
If using WiFi, please make sure you have a good, strong signal.
Try turning off Broadcast mode (for F1 games) and entering the IP address of the location where the Track Titan Desktop Application is installed.
Remember, you need to have a PC or Mac to install the Track Titan Desktop App in order to record your sessions.
