Install the review app you want to integrate and supported by Track123.

Go to your Track123 admin panel > Tracking page editor(1) > Product Review(2). Click the Enable(3) button.

Select the review app you have installed in step 1 and supported by Track123.

Save all the changes.

Doing so will add a product review button next to the ordered items. Clicking on that button will take the customer to the product review page.
