How to integrate with Loox?

Loox can collect photo reviews from your customers, strengthen your brand and boost sales with strong social proof. It can automatically send review request emails to your customers based on actual delivery time.

The integration steps are as follow.

Step 1:

Go to your Track123 admin panel > Setting > Send shipping tracking events to Shopify. Let the status stay enabled as shown below.

Step 2:

Configure the timing of your review request emails after the order reaches the specific shipment status.

Make sure you've installed Loox. Go to your Loox admin panel > Settings (1) > Collect reviews (2) > Review request timing.

Select the time interval based on your needs and select the Delivery option in the second dropdown menu.

After doing this, your review request email will be sent automatically when your order reach Delivered status.

Step 3:

You can customize the appearance of your review request email. Go to your Loox admin panel > Settings (1) > Branding (2) > Email appearance.

Note: The below Shopify email notifications will be sent to your customers by default when this integration is active and your order status is updated to Out for Delivery or Delivered.

If you don't want your clients to get these emails, go to Shopify Admin Settings > Notifications > Shipping, uncheck the boxes as shown below.
