Remove Track123 from your store's navigation
Starting from your Shopify dashboard, click on Online Store in the left sidebar, then head into the Navigation page.
Locate the menu item that contains your tracking page. You can either delete the menu item or edit the link to a different page.
Save changes
Redirect customers away from Track123's tracking page after uninstalling
You need to redirect the tracking page link so that customers won't see 404 error when viewing Track123's tracking page. (This step isn't required, but it's recommended.)
In your Shopify admin, click on Navigation under the Online Store section.
Click View URL Redirects
Click on Create URL redirect
Copy and paste apps/track123 into the Redirect from field.
Add the desired URL that you want to redirect customers to (e.g. Contact Us page, New tracking page) into the Redirect to field.
Save your changes.
