  1. Vendor's Refund Policy

If a request is initiated, Trackbudi vendors can seamlessly process refunds through their mobile apps. The user-friendly interface allows vendors to issue both full and partial refunds for orders, providing flexibility to cater to various customer scenarios.

    The refund process involves the payment gateway utilised by the vendor for processing transactions. At the moment, Trackbudi primarily processes payments using Paystack.
