✅ STANDARD EVENTS (AUTOMATICALLY TRACKED)

TrackifyX automatically tracks all standard events once it’s set up, with no extra steps needed:

This includes key actions like Page Views, Product Views (ViewContent), Add to Cart, Checkout Start (InitiateCheckout), Purchases, and more. Events like Search, AddPaymentInfo, and CompleteRegistration are also tracked to give a full view of the customer journey.

This ensures your pixel is collecting high-quality data right from the beginning.

☑️ MORE TRACKING OPTIONS (TURN THESE ON OR OFF MANUALLY)

In addition to automatic events, you can enable more advanced tracking manually.

These include events like Lead and Subscribe, which help track newsletter signups or form submissions. You can also set up Custom Events to track behavior on external platforms like WordPress or ClickFunnels.

With Target Events, you can assign standard pixel events (like AddToCart) to any custom button or page element using simple CSS selectors — no coding needed.

🤯 THINGS COMPETITORS CAN'T TRACK (BUT TRACKIFY CAN)

Trackify also offers event tracking features that go beyond what most competitor apps provide:

EXTERNAL PAGE TRACKING

One standout feature is External Page Tracking, which allows you to track events that happen outside your Shopify store. This is perfect for stores using multi-step funnels or third-party landing pages.

PRODUCT-LINKED TRACKING

Product-Linked Tracking also works across domains, so product data is still captured even when users are redirected elsewhere.

BUTTON-LEVEL TRACKING

Button-level precision tracking is another advanced option you’ll love. You can assign pixel events to specific buttons or actions without touching any code. This gives you complete control over what gets tracked and when — ideal for unique store layouts or custom themes. Plus, TrackifyX supports multiple pixels with smart rules, so you can segment your tracking by niche, funnel, or product.

TIME-ON-SITE TRACKING

One unique feature many overlook is the TrackifyXRetarget time-on-site event. This tracks how long users stay on your site and fires multiple times during their session. It's designed to help you create retargeting audiences based on how engaged visitors are.

SERVER-SIDE (CAPI) TRACKING

TrackifyX offers one of the most accurate server-side (CAPI) tracking setups available. Unlike many competitor apps, our server-side events are highly reliable and continue working even when browser-based tracking is blocked — for example, on iOS devices. This gives you better data, improved audience building, and more effective ad optimization.

🚀 BONUS: EVENT MAPPING (HEALTH, SUPPLEMENTS, BEAUTY STORES, ETC.)

If you run a store in a restricted category — like health, supplements, or beauty — where Meta blocks certain standard events, TrackifyX gives you a powerful workaround. You can manually map and fire custom events from the Event Mapping section inside the app. This allows you to stay compliant with ad policies while still collecting key conversion data.
