These steps are using the Welcome screen in TrackifyX to quickly and easily configure the Master Pixel setup. Once you're done with this, you can add more pixels in the Pixel Engine screen.
Step 1:
Select your ad account from the drop-down menu
Select your pixel from the Pixel dropdown
Note: Only pixels that has been assigned to the selected ad account will be visible here.
Click Add Pixel
Pixel Types:
Master pixels will collect all data for all products. You will be able to reconstruct any audience based on any master pixel.
Niche tag pixels contain partials of that data. You can select product tags and it will only fire the products that have selected tags.
The collection pixel will collect the same data as the master, but only if any products that are in the assigned collection(s) are part of the tracked action.
Step 2:
Insert Additional Script to Shopify Checkout and Remove FB Pixel from Shopify Settings
First, click the "Copy" button, then click on the "Checkout Settings" button to open the store checkout settings in a new tab.
In the new tab, go to the order status page and paste the script. Click save
Go back to Trackify and click "I have done this"
Step 3:
Set up a simple Facebook Catalog
Note: It is now also a mandatory step. Also, you can either use the existing catalog or create new catalog from Trackify.
Select a Business Manager account from the drop-down
Select a pixel from the drop-down. This will be used as the event source for the catalog.
Select a Google Product Category to be used for all products. You can type a keyword to narrow down the list, and then pick the category that best fits all your products.
Click Save & Build Catalog
