How Tradecopia subscriptions, billing, and refunds work

Annual and quarterly subscriptions are billed upfront for the full term. Annual and quarterly subscriptions carry a strict no-refund policy — this is acknowledged before purchase is confirmed.

Free trial

The Pro desktop plan includes a 7-day free trial for all new customers. No payment is required during the trial. After the trial ends, your subscription converts to your chosen billing plan automatically.

  • The free trial is a one-time entitlement — it cannot be restarted or transferred to a different account

  • A free trial is not currently available for Pro+ Lite or Pro+

Promo codes and discounts

Default promo code

New customers can use the code TC at Stripe checkout for 30% off their first month. This applies to the first month only — billing reverts to the standard rate from month two onward.

Affiliate codes

If you were referred by a Tradecopia affiliate, use their code at checkout instead. Affiliate codes give you 30% off your first month on a monthly plan. Affiliate codes cannot be combined with the TC code or any other code.

Key rules for all promo codes

  • Each account can use one promo code over its lifetime — codes cannot be reused or stacked

  • All codes apply to the first month only

  • Codes apply to monthly plans only — annual and quarterly plans are not eligible for standard promo codes

If a code is not applying at checkout: Contact the Tradecopia support team and we will apply it manually. Do not create a new account to access a discount — this triggers a temporary account block.

Returning user discounts

If you previously held a Tradecopia subscription and are resubscribing, you may be eligible for a discount on your first month back. These discounts are not applied automatically at checkout — contact the Tradecopia support team to request one.

Annual and quarterly plan discounts

If you want to commit to an annual or quarterly subscription, a discount of up to 30% may be available depending on your loyalty and usage history. This applies to both annual and quarterly plans. It is an application-based process, not an automatic offer:

  1. Contact the Tradecopia support team and let us know you are interested in an annual or quarterly plan

  2. Your case is reviewed by the team

  3. If approved, you will receive an offer with the discount amount and the no-refund terms for that commitment period

  4. Reply to confirm your acknowledgement of the no-refund policy

  5. The discounted plan is activated once your confirmation is received

⚠️ Annual and quarterly plans are activated only after your written acknowledgement is received. The no-refund policy applies in full to all annual and quarterly subscriptions.

Managing your billing

Through the Tradecopia website at tradecopia.com and the Stripe billing portal set up at subscription, you can:

  • View and download invoices

  • Update your payment method

  • Cancel your subscription

For anything not covered by self-service — failed payments, billing disputes, or complex changes — contact the Tradecopia support team.

Charge timing: Charges appear on the billing cycle start date, typically within 1–2 business days of the cycle date depending on your payment provider. If you have not seen a charge yet, this is normal — confirm your subscription status if you have any concerns.

Failed payments are almost always payment-method related. Check that your card details are current, your billing address matches, and your bank is not blocking the charge. Refund policy

Tradecopia operates a no-refund policy.

If you are a first-time subscriber and have specific circumstances — for example, you forgot to cancel after the free trial and were charged once — contact the Tradecopia support team. These situations are reviewed individually.

Annual and quarterly plan subscriptions are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as acknowledged before purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through tradecopia.com or the Stripe billing portal — no support contact needed. After cancelling, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
