Annual and quarterly plan subscriptions
Annual and quarterly plan subscriptions are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This is acknowledged in writing before purchase is confirmed. If you hold an annual or quarterly subscription, a refund is not available.
Monthly plan subscriptions
Tradecopia's standard policy is no refunds. However, if you are a first-time subscriber and have specific circumstances, your request may be reviewed individually.
Situations that may be considered include:
You forgot to cancel after your free trial and were charged for the first time
You attempted to cancel but the cancellation did not process correctly
A genuine emergency where you have never previously requested a refund
If you have already received a refund in the past, your account is not eligible for another.
How to submit a refund request
Contact the Tradecopia support team with your circumstances — do not raise a dispute with Stripe. Contacting the Tradecopia support team with the details gives your request the best chance of being reviewed by the team.
If your request is approved, the refunded amount will be your subscription charge minus Stripe's payment processing fee. This means the amount returned will be slightly less than the original charge.
