Place and Modify Orders

Place an order directly from the chart by right-clicking at the desired price and selecting the order type.

To modify a working order, simply click and drag the order on the chart to your new price level.

Take Profit and Stop Loss from chart

When you have active position on the chart, simply click the position indicator and drag it up or down to create a TP (Take Profit bracket) or SL (Stop Loss bracket):

After entering your TP and SL orders, you can modify the price level by simply clicking and dragging the order to your desired price level, or canceling them individually from the chart.

Regular and Electronic Trading Hours

There are two options for displaying trading sessions for CME Group futures contracts:

  • Electronic Trading Hours (ETH): This is the full session for the instrument, based on its official specifications.

  • Regular Trading Hours (RTH): This reduced session displays data from 08:30am to 3:15pm CT.

To display and edit the ETH/RTH session break lines on the chart, right-click on the chart, select 'Settings,' and then choose 'Canvas.' To enable session break lines, check the box and adjust your display preferences as needed.

Restrictions:

  • This feature only affects intraday timeframes; daily, weekly, and monthly timeframes remain the same for both ETH and RTH.

Cancel an order

You can cancel an order by clicking the "X" beside the working order's display.

Show executions on Chart

You can view your previous trade entry and exits on your chart by enabling "Show Chart Executions" from your chart's Preferences.
