Step-by-Step Setup Process
Step 1: Enable TradingView Add-on in Tradovate
Log into Tradovate at trader.tradovate.com
- Use your Tradeify-provided Tradovate credentials - Select "Demo" or "Simulation" environmentAccess Application Settings :
- Click the three lines (hamburger menu) in the top-right corner - Select "Application Settings"Activate TradingView Add-on :
- Find "Add-On Tools" section - Locate "TradingView Add-On" - Click "Activate TradingView Add-On" - Confirm activation when prompted
You should see a confirmation message that the TradingView add-on is now active.
Step 2: Set Up TradingView Account
Visit TradingView at tradingview.com or open the Tradingview App
Create or log into your account :

Keep Tradovate open:
Maintain Tradovate in a separate browser tab
You cannot check and monitor your drawdown effectively in TradingView
Monitor latency:
TradingView integration may have slight delays
For time-sensitive trades, consider using Tradovate directly
Test execution speed during different market conditions
Data verification:
Cross-check important price levels between platforms
Verify order fills in both TradingView and Tradovate
Report any synchronization issues immediately
