To reset your TradeXMastery password on the TradeXMastery Website:
Go to the Trader Login page at app.tradexmastery.com
Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login screen.
Enter your registered email address. You will then receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and regain access to your account.
If you do not receive the email or encounter any issues, please contact our Support Team by using the live chat widget on our website and include the following statement:
“I, [FULL NAME], request that you manually change the password for my TradeXMastery account to [NEW PASSWORD].”
Once we receive this request, we will update your account accordingly.
