What should I do if I can't access my TradeLocker account?

If you’re unable to log in to your TradeLocker account, please try the following steps:

  1. Check your login details: Ensure there are no spelling mistakes, and confirm that your CapsLock key is turned off.

  2. Verify you are using the correct credentials: Use the login details provided in your TradeXMastery Dashboard under “See Credentials”.

  3. Confirm the correct server is selected: Make sure you’re choosing the right server name that matches the credentials given.

  4. Make sure that you are using the correct platform.

  5. Reset your broker password if needed: Go to your TradeXMastery Dashboard, select your account, Select “Credentials” and choose “Change Broker Password” to reset.

  6. Check your internet connection: A weak or unstable connection may prevent login.
