Each trader may only have one registered email address per account holder. If you accidentally registered with the wrong email or wish to update it, please contact our Support Team by using the live chat widget on our website.
Our team will review whether your challenge account(s) can be transferred to a new profile. If certain accounts cannot be transferred, you must acknowledge that those accounts will be closed and forfeited. Once confirmed, we will transfer any eligible accounts to the new profile and permanently close the old email account and its associated challenges.
When contacting us, please include the following statement in your email:
I, [FULL NAME], request to close all accounts except the one associated with [NEW EMAIL ADDRESS]. I understand that any challenges linked to the closed account(s) will be surrendered and cannot be transferred.
