I made a purchase, but it’s not showing on my account. What should I do?

If your purchase is not visible in your account, please reach out to our Support Team with the following details so we can quickly verify and resolve the issue:

  • The type of challenge you purchased (1-Phase, 2-Phase or Instant Funding and include any Add-ons you selected).

  • Proof of payment (screenshot or email receipt).

  • The last four digits of your credit card (if paid by card) or your transaction ID/wallet address (if paid by crypto).

Once we have this information, we’ll review your order and ensure your purchase is properly linked to your account.
