1. Stage-Based Rules
Your rules are organized into three trading stages — Prepare, Trade, and Reflect. Each stage includes built-in mandatory rules, and you can add your own custom rules to any stage.
Mandatory Rules: Predefined trading rules to keep you on track, such as starting your day on time, trading within your set hours, and respecting your max loss limits. Customize or disable them as needed.
Custom Rules: Create completely customizable rules for trading or personal goals. Add them to the stage where they belong, set specific days for them to be active (e.g., weekdays only), and check them off during that part of your trading day.

3. Daily Heat Map:
Visualize your progress over time with color-coded activity tracking.
4. A Guided Trading Day
Click the Start my day button on your Dashboard to begin your trading day. From there, your day flows through four stages: Planning, Trading, Import Trades, and Trade Review.
Planning: Review your game plan and trading rules, check the Event Calendar, and take pre-market notes.
Trading: Keep your rules and notes in view during your session and capture chart screenshots as it unfolds.
Import Trades: Pick the account you traded in to import today's trades.
Trade Review: See your results for the day — P&L, win rate, and rule adherence — then click Finish My Day to lock in your progress.
💡 Note: In the Trade Review stage, you can also use Zella AI to speed up your review. Trade Auto-Tagger automatically tags your trades, while Session Review gives you a narrative reflection on your day — rule adherence, playbook fit, deviations from your pre-market plan, and overall feedback on how your session went.
Progress Tracker Dashboard Widget
You can add the Progress Tracker widget to your dashboard for quick access to your daily score and heat map. It’s a convenient way to stay on top of your progress without leaving your main dashboard view.
