Currently, you can only import your stock and option trades using this method. Follow these steps to export your trade data from TradeStation into a file:

Exporting trade data from TradeStation into a file
Currently, you can only import your stock and option trades using this method.
Go to TradeStation's web client center.
Click on "Accounts" in the header panel.
Click on "Equities Accounts" from the left panel.
Select ''Tax Center'' from the dropdown list under Equities Account
Under the ''Download Tax Activity'' Section, look for File Format and choose Microsoft Excel CSV.
Select the date range of trades you would like to import.
Select "Exclude Broken/Canceled Trades."
Click "Download" and save the file to your computer.
TradeStation only allows you to download 6 months of data at a time. So, to export one year of data, you can run two exports.
Uploading the exported file into TradeZella
Visit the TradeZella File Upload page at TradeZella File Upload.
Select the account where you want to upload this file, select TradeStation from the broker list, select the timezone of the file, select the date format of your trade present in the file, and upload your saved file. The system will take care of the rest.

Ensure Correct File Headers: For a successful file upload, ensure the exported file headers are as follows:

Stock and Option Trades Only: The file upload method supports only stock and option trades. To import your stock, option, and future trades, use the sync method or the copy-paste import method.
