Switching your TradeZella subscription plan is a quick and easy process. Here's a brief guide:
Accessing Subscription Settings
Click on your profile icon located in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to the “Subscription” tab.

Selecting the Subscription Plan
Choose the relevant plan (Pro or Basic).
Select either monthly or yearly billing frequency.
Follow the prompts to complete the switch.
Your subscription will be switched to your preferred plan seamlessly!
Note: Downgrading plans don't initiate any refunds. If you have any prorated balance, it will be added to your subscription, which will then be used over the coming months!
