Manage Your Subscription: Cancel, Renew, Upgrade, Downgrade or Update Your Card Information

In TradeZella, you have full control over your subscription settings, giving you the ability to manage your subscription status, whether it's canceling, renewing, updating, or updating your card information.

Accessing Subscription Settings

  1. Click on your profile icon located in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Navigate to the "Subscription" tab.

Managing Your Subscription

  • Cancel Subscription: If you wish to cancel your subscription, locate the option to do so. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Help Article

  • Renew Subscription: Ensure uninterrupted access by renewing your subscription before it expires. Help Article

  • Update Subscription: Switch to a different tier plan for enhanced features and capabilities. Help Article

  • Update Card Information: Keep your payment details current by updating your card information as necessary. This ensures seamless transactions. Help Article
