Archiving Accounts in TradeZella

Optimize Your TradeZella Account Management by archivng accounts.

Easily archive accounts and add new ones as needed to keep your TradeZella account organized. Archiving puts an account into a Read-Only Mode, and once an account is archived, it cannot be unarchived.

Accessing the Account Settings

  • Direct Link: Go to the Account Settings page directly.

  • Using the Navigation Panel: Click the “Profile Icon” on the lower left of your navigation panel. From the dropdown menu, click “Settings.” Navigate to the “Account Settings” section.

Archiving an Account

  • In account settings, locate the active account you want to archive.

  • Click on the 3 Dots icon next to the account, and from the dropdown menu, select “Archive Account.”

  • Confirm the action in the dialog box. Ensure you’ve chosen the correct account before proceeding.

  • Your account will be archived.

Important Notes

  • Data Access: Archiving maintains access to existing data in the account.

  • Read-Only Mode: New trades or data cannot be imported into an archived account.

  • Permanent Action: Currently, archiving is a permanent action with no option to unarchive an account.
