Account Management in TradeZella

Effortlessly manage your accounts with simple steps: add, delete, adjust balances, clear data, archive, and transfer data between accounts.

Discover how to manage your accounts efficiently within TradeZella. Learn how to add, delete, adjust balances, clear trades, archive accounts, and transfer data between accounts.

Accessing the Account Settings

  • Direct Link to Account Setting page.

  • Alternatively, you can access the account settings by clicking your profile icon in the bottom-left corner, selecting "Settings," and then navigating to the "Accounts" tab.

Adding or Deleting an Account

Adding an Account →

  • Click “Add Account.”

  • Fill in the required details: Name, Broker, Profit Calculation Method, and Initial Balance.

  • Save your changes.

Deleting an Account →

  • In the “Accounts” section, find the account you want to delete.

  • Click on the three dots next to the account name.

  • Select “Delete Account” from the dropdown.

  • Confirm the deletion.


Archiving an Account

Archiving an Account →

  • Click on the three dots (…) next to the account name.

  • Select “Archive Account.”

  • Follow the prompts to complete the archiving process.

Note: Archived accounts do not count towards your active account limit, and once an account is archived, it cannot be unarchived.


Clearing Trades from an Account

To clear trades from an account →

  • Click on the three dots (…) next to the account name.

  • Select “Clear Trades.”

  • Follow the prompts and complete the process.

All your data from that specific account will be deleted.


Balance Adjustments (Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts)

Adjusting Account Balance →

  • Click on the candle icon or the three dots (…) next to the account name.

  • Select “Edit Balance” from the dropdown.

  • Click “Add Adjustment.”

  • Choose Deposit or Withdrawal, enter the amount, add a description, and specify the date and time.

  • Save your adjustment.

Editing or Deleting Adjustments →

• To edit an adjustment, click on the pencil icon next to the adjustment.

• To delete an adjustment, click on the trash can icon.

Transferring Data Between Accounts

Transferring Data →

  • Click on the three dots (…) next to the account name.

  • Select “Transfer Data.”

  • Choose the destination account for transferring data.

  • Complete the transfer process.
