All return and refund policies are set by each seller on the marketplace. Usually, this information is added to their product or seller policy, however, if you don't see that information or have questions about it please reach out to the seller directly with the "Ask A Question" feature. Many sellers on our platform will consider all sales as final.

If there is a problem with the item you received such as damage or a lost shipment please log in to your account and request a return to allow for the seller to solve any problems. If they do not respond after 3 business days, please reach out to us at the marketplace and we will work to resolve your issues.
