Yes, all items have a button to contact the seller of that item. Simply fill in the form and submit the question. When the seller responds, please be advised that to review the answers you will need to log in to your account or create one with the email you sent the question from. In your account, you can see your pending questions as well.

As for order issues you can also reach out to them via the contact buttons on products or their seller profile page. If you are simply looking for tracking information please check your email for the tracking number first, or login into your account.
We require them to ship within 3 business days, but most ship within 24 hours. Holidays and other factors may change this slightly.
