How do I request a return, exchange, or credit?

Within your buyer account, simply click on the order you wish to resolve issues with and hit the "Request Return" button. Please note that this button is only available on orders for up to 45 days after fullfioment, so time is of the essense. If you find you are outside of those days and still have a valid request, please reach out to us at the marketplace and we can get it submitted on your behalf.

Please also note that each seller has different policies on returns and exchanges so even though you may request a return, exchange, or credit, they may deny it within the process.
