If you have placed an order on the marketplace, you can get in touch with the seller by visiting their profile and clicking on the "Ask The Seller A Question" button. If you created an account upon ordering, or you already have an account, you can log in to that account and visit the order history.

On each order, you have the option to contact the seller. If you placed an order as a "guest", you can always create an account later by using the same email address provided on the order.
