As a seller, should I insure the orders we ship?

Yes, we always recommend insurance. Traditionally but not always, most shipping options include up to $100 of coverage. To verify this please visit each shipping company's website if you have concerns. We recommend ordering additional insurance if the value of the item is over that. It protects you in case something gets lost or damaged. Please note that only our EasyPost shipping integration offers additional insurance so if you need it, we recommend that you purchase there when using our labels. If you need a signature or ID, we should have that option come late April 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working on a solution to this.
