I received an order but there is a problem on my end to get it shipped out. How do I contact the customer?

You can communicate with the buyer on the top left of the order, which says "Contact Buyer". You are welcome to reach out regarding that order issue, however, please do not contact them outside of the system. If it is a case where you cannot ship the item and need to cancel the order, please reject the order on our system and it will automatically refund the buyer. If it is just one item that needs to be removed, please contact us and we will clean it up on our end.
