As a seller, I have had a buyer reach out to me for a refund, a damaged package issue, or a missing package. What do I do?

If it isn't something easy such as simply providing them an updated tracking number or the like, since we charge the buyer, we have to start the process on our end. Please provide the information and someone will set up the RMA process. Once that is done, there will be steps in your account to follow to complete the necessary things needed to properly credit the buyer/customer.
