You can reject incoming orders within our platform. Please note that if you use one of our connections, simply rejecting it or canceling it on your platform will not cancel it on ours. We use this function so that you can decide if you think there is potential fraud, or simply that you found you have a damaged item or insufficient stock. When any of these things happen you can reject the order and state the reason. If you reject the order, the buyer is automatically refunded and items are put back in stock, however, you can manually update the stock if it is damaged or not found.
Additionally, if you have already fulfilled an order in error, you can cancel that fulfillment as well.
