Special Note: If you originally set all products to be available for pickup, note that if you decide later you want it to only be for certain products, our system currently will not bulk update all your products. This means that all products originally set for pickup will stay that way unless you manually change them one by one.

You can definitely offer free local pickup within our system, and if you have a shop we encourage it and we don't hide your address. Our goal is to help you be successful locally as well as with sales on our marketplace.

In your seller dashboard, go to "Configuration", then "Store Pickup Configuration".

Under the settings, first, choose to turn the feature on at the top.

We recommend "Configure For" all products. This will update all your products to be available for local pickup (with the shipping option). Of course, you can always do store pickup only on certain products.

For "Customer Option For Product" we recommend store pickup + delivery.

Lastly, for "Default Option Selected For Customer" we always recommend delivery so they don't accidentally order for pickup. If they do, then shipping charges have not been collected.

Make sure to hit save after everything is completed.

Next, you must go into "Configuration", then "Locations". Simply enter your store name and your address information as needed. Be sure after saving that it is your default location if you have multiple locations.

Now you are all set! If someone chooses Store Pickup, when you receive the order and accept it, you will have the option to notify them that the item is ready for store pickup vs shipping fulfillment.
