We set this up for a number of reasons. Mainly, so you can review the order details and determine if you have any concerns regarding it, such as potential fraud. We also recommend before accepting that you verify that you have the inventory ordered and that it is in the condition you stated...ie not damaged. You can print an invoice or packing slip before accepting the order for your fulfillment team if you like.

If you accept the order, there is no way to go back and reject it later. If you have a problem with the order afterward, you need to contact us for credits to the buyer.

If you reject the order, you are required to provide a valid reason for that rejection. When you do so, the order immediately gets canceled and credited to the buyer. They will also get a confirmation of that rejection and the reason why by email.

If you have fulfilled the order by accident in the system, you can cancel that fulfillment but you cannot go back to reject the order. If you cancel a fulfillment but have used our shipping label system, please contact us so that we can cancel the shipment label. There is not an automatic cancellation or refund given on the purchase shipping label at this moment and we need to coordinate it on our end.
