How do I setup the eBay Connector?
Updated this week

We have made this super simple for you. Once you are connected, new Buy Now products you add to eBay and any changes you make there will be reflected on the marketplace. Inventory will also sync on both platforms when items are sold.

First, ensure you are signed out of all your eBay accounts and clear all your browser cache. If you don't, when you do the following items below and hit save, it will grab the eBay account you are logged into which may cause other issues.

Then, log in to your seller control panel, choose Configuration, then eBay Configuration.

1. Enter your eBay user name. This must be exactly as shown on your eBay personal profile. It is case sensitive and will not connect if not exact.

2. Select your eBay Marketplace country.

3. Hit Save.

4. Agree to the terms and conditions.

5. Enter your eBay password. Note that if you are not offered this option, you may have auto-connected due to the cache settings on your computer mentioned above.

6. Select whether to auto-sync new products to the marketplace when they are added to eBay. We recommend leaving this on. Choose the weight and currency of your eBay store.

7. Hit Save.

That's it. You are now ready to import your products. We recommend importing products 1 month at a time as each import will sync 250 products. If you have entered more than that on eBay, you will need to run that same month again.

* Special Notes - Please keep in mind that this is a one-way sync from eBay to the marketplace. If you make changes on the marketplace, you must manually sync the product back to eBay or your changes will not be reflected there. Lastly, when an order is placed on the marketplace and the inventory count hits 0, we do not end the listing on eBay. Note that eBay does not show that product in the search results when there is no inventory so you should have no issues, however, eBay does have a setting if you wish to end any listings with 0 quantity which is called "out of stock" preferences if you wish to set up this way. The reason we currently do it this way is because if you reject the marketplace order, it will add the quantity back to eBay so it is orderable again on that platform.
