How do I file an insurance claim on the shipment label I purchased through the marketplace?

If you purchased a USPS label via Ship Station, you would not have additional insurance. You need to file the claim directly with the USPS at usps.com.

If you purchased the label and additional insurance via Easy Post, please let us know and we will work to resolve it for you.

Please note that Easy Post pays the marketplace for the reimbursement and we then pay you. It is a process, so please be patient.
